Hello Gitit MAX! backers.

We wanted to let everyone know that the Gitit MAX! survey has been sent through our fulfillment partner BackerKit to collect vital information so we can properly deliver your reward as promised.  The email will appear as follows:

Thanks to you and 252 other backers, we not only reached our funding goal, but beat it by 241%.  

 

 

So,...what's next?

 

Over the next two weeks, Kickstarter will be processing your payment via Stripe. This gives everyone time to update their cards if necessary and for us to build out the post-project survey in BackerKit. If you have an issue with your card (canceled, lost, address change, etc.), please connect with Kickstarter via the email address sent to you so that corrections can be made. 

 

The post-project BackerKit survey is how we will gather all your shipping information and final specs for your rewards. You'll also be able to add any add-ons that you didn't select on Kickstarter and make final shipping payment.

 

The funds from the project will be transferred from Kickstarter to Gitit on or about March 7, 2024.  At that point, we'll send the survey. To make sure the survey is working correctly, it will go to 5% of you on the first day. BackerKit calls this the "Smoke Test." We'll make any changes to the survey that are necessary, and then send to the whole project. 

 

How can you help us fulfill the Gitit MAX! project quickly?

 

SURVEY:  Please get your survey filled out as soon as possible after you receive it. Having surveys back quickly helps us finalize fulfillment details and ship rewards most efficiently.

 

SHIPPING: Due to the volatility in shipping rates recently and the variations in the final size of the package to be shipped based upon the reward selected, we chose to add shipping after the campaign was completed. We will publish and distribute a shipping cost by zone/region for US deliveries as well as an international shipping cost matrix within the next few days and send as an update via Kickstarter. 

 

Please, send any questions, special requests, or concerns directly to me at [email protected]. Tracking comments and messages on the Kickstarter platform can be quite difficult. It's very easy for things to slip through the cracks. Email allows me to respond quickly and have a searchable record to track our conversation.

Demo versions of Gitit MAX! have been circulated to local dog trainers, product reviewers, influencers, family, and friends and the feedback has been HUGELY POSITIVE.  Dogs AND dog owners are LOVING Gitit MAX! We know you and your dog will LOVE IT too!

Product Update: The first Gitit MAX! shipment arrives in the US warehouse in Austin TX on March 18, 2024. We will begin shipping to y'all as soon as the survey is complete and all Kickstarter boxes have been checked. We are working with a company called Backerkit for fulfillment processing and information gathering.

Hello Epic Fetch Fans!!  

We wanted to share an update on the Gitit MAX! project! To sum it up...Everything is right on schedule! 

Details are as follows:

1.    Gitit MAX! PRODUCTION – Container was loaded in Shenzhen, China on Feb 2nd and will depart via ocean on Feb 10th. Expected arrival date at the U.S. warehouse is March 11th.  (See photos)

2.    US / INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY – Fulfillment of Gitit MAX will begin last week of March and first week of April 2024. Most US shipments should arrive in April and international shipments in May 2024 latest.

3.    SHIPPING COSTS – Please note that shipping costs to your location are not included in the reward. There are some basic freight estimate charts in the campaign if you are receiving the single Gitit MAX! combo (launcher + ring). If you have pledged to receive a bundle, rates will adjust according to size and weight of the box prepared for shipment to your location.  Also, please note that certain international locations require additional costs (VAT, duty, etc.) that must be taken into consideration.

4.    FEEDBACK – Please send along any feedback, insights, or ideas you might have related to future products and add-ons including colors, rings, sizes, etc.  Please send to us at [email protected]

5.    POST-CAMPAIGN SURVEY - Following the close of the campaign, you will be receiving a survey with questions related to payment and delivery location. Please keep a watch out for the survey and complete it at your first earliest convenience so we can get your Gitit MAX! to you in a timely manner.  

6.    STRETCH GOAL – Gitit MAX! is looking to double our original target goal of $5,000 to get to a new goal of $10,000. Let everyone know!!

7.    ONLY 12 DAYS LEFT – Please forward help Gitit MAX! to continue to drive to our new goal.  I know you have DOG-LOVING friends and family who would LOVE a Gitit MAX! Please forward on the campaign link and let them know you’re IN!
